About Me

Hi I’m Sarah and my work helps messy luminous beings like you and me weave spiritual practice into busy real life.

Although I spent the last decade training in a very traditional form of Tibetan Buddhist meditation & yoga, I also spent that time raising two beautifully wild boys, running a house, working and living a life that looked nothing like a retreat centre!

And for a long time, all I could see was how different my life looked from the picture of meditation and yoga and spiritual practices that I had in my head. And yet…they started to work anyway!

After all these years of practice, I am convinced of one thing — inner practices (meditation, breath-work, yoga and all that lovely ‘woo’ stuff too!) can be woven into everyone’s life however beautifully uniquely messy!

You don’t have to be different or have a calmer life or feel like you’ve got it all together. (Thank the goddess!) We can bring our beautifully messy selves onto this path, take guidance from those beautifully messy souls that went before us and make space for our inner experience & luminous spirit.

Why You Should Join Me

If you want to make inner practices like meditation, breath work and self-compassion part of your life, then the two most important things we can do is find accountability and support. We need a place that will keep us motivated to show up for ourselves and keep practicing even when life gets super messy. We also need to work with someone who understand our life situation and can help us through both the inner practices and the practicalities of weaving them into busy life.

It's easy to under-estimate the profound impact a few short, simple practices can make. But little drops make an ocean and sticking with these simple but very beautiful inner practices over a period of time can make an incredible difference to the way we feel in our daily life.

A Big Thanks

Your courage to show up and just practice...imperfectly, messy, in your own unique way inspires me every day to show up for you and for myself. Thank you so much for bringing yourself and your beautiful presence to this community. You make a real difference.
